Oxford’s, Studley Wood Golf Club, is to play host to a glamorous charity golf day on the 6th June from the people who are known for making Golf gorgeous, - ‘Eye Candy Caddies’

‘Eye Candy Caddies’ train male and female models in golf etiquette, dress them in attractive golf attire, and they specialise in attending corporate, charity and society golf days.

Rebecca Keen, Managing Director of Eye Candy Caddies said; “Up until now, we have only provided the Eye Candy Caddy service of delightful and glamorous golf caddies for events, but realised there was a gap in the market for golf days with a real difference, that could help raise money for charity!

“Our fun-loving attitude, coupled with our golf expertise and entertainment will ensure a day to remember, with lots of fantastic prizes to be won by the participating golfers”.

The chosen charity to benefit from this spectacular event is the Oxford based ‘Souls and Shadows Foundation’ who enhance the lives of terminally ill patients and their families through Music Therapy. Souls and Shadows was started in memory of Oxford’s Caspar Barlow-Olsen, and on the evening of the event, the beautiful Eye Candy Caddies will be helping the golfers to dig deep to raise money for this worthy organisation in memory of Caspar.

To ensure the day goes with a swing! Every participating team will be accompanied by an Eye Candy Caddy, who will be pulling the golfers clubs along on PINK Stewart golf trolley’s, one of these fantastic trolley’s has been donated and will definitely be a prize worth winning.

The Main Ingredient, renowned private chefs to Lee Westwood, Ernie Els, Ian Poulter and Rory McIlroy (Managed by ISM), are sponsoring the ‘Nearest the Pin’ competition. The prize is a gourmet team building cookery course for six people. Golfers will also be sampling delectable canapés from the half-way house, provided by The Main Ingredient’s delightful duo – Flip & Hoops!

Villegas Golf Ltd, run by Rodrigo Villegas have supported the event, by providing a wonderful golfing holiday to Antequera, a four star resort, and access to some of the most stunning golf courses in Andalusia.

The day has also secured the support of The Golf Plaza, a virtual golf and custom fitting centre based just outside of London. They are providing every golfer on the day an extensive one hour custom fitting session at their base in Surbiton.

Your equipment and game will be analysed using their high tech fitting software and adjusted accordingly if required.

To conclude this fun packed and exciting day, we have a vibrant and fun musical extravaganza provided by The Electric Dolls. The Dolls double up as caddies throughout the day, so they have musical talent as well as golf expertise!

“We are so lucky to have secured such a wonderful selection of prizes for participating golfers, from such fabulous companies” said Rebecca. “This is a result of all the hard work Eye Candy Caddies has put in to providing a professional and respectful service to bring an extra bit of glamour to the game of golf! We would like to thank all our sponsors for making this possible”.

“This really will be a great golfing day to remember” concluded Rebecca, “and we would love Oxford golfers to come and join us and get involved, you can participate as an individual, or put your own team together and have some fun whilst raising money for this very worthwhile cause”.
