Still a bit boggy in places and not cut short yet so fairways and greens a bit wooly. Will get better in the summer when it dries out.

Nice course, pity it's only a 9 holer that you play twice and too expensive too. The driving range and putting & chipping areas are brillaint.

Nice course. Need to be fairly accurate as rough can be punishing. We were looking for a few balls having never played before and not knowing the 'line'. Interesting though, didn't find it at all boring although because it is only 9 holes playing the same 9 twice is less appealing. Greens were some of the best we'd seen this season in terms of growth but they really needed a good rolling and they were quite bumpy which made putting difficult. I'm sure this was only temporary though - greens will change many times throughout the season. Excellent facilities. A nice place to play after work in an evening.

Good Course but very wet!!
Looks like a decent course but being close to a lake it was very wet and plent of plugged balls on fairways(Round played: Dec 2020 - Score: 53 Handicap: )

Went on a sunny but sometimes cloudy day. Greens are very fast. This is a 9 hole course where you use the yellow tees for the first 9 and the longer white tees for the second 9. We teed off at 10-30am on a sunday and got back around to the 10th during lunch so we missed the crowds that arrived just after we had played through. I can see that this would be a big problem at busy times and would be the only thing that put me off. Rough is very rough, easy to lose a ball in there. Fairways are narrow so take care!

Tee boxes in good condition course a bit wet the greens a bit bare but true .Minus twelve pounds for a weekend too dear glad I had a 2 for 1 voucher .

The course is very tight long and demanding pity its a nine hole course . On the negative side twelve pounds on a weekend and ten pounds midweek is expensive to play nine holes .

played the course after hearing about how good they had set it up..found it to be a very good course with some challanging holes ..facilities were top notch ..but the price is way over the odds for a nine hole course, there are other courses in the area that offer better value for money like tinsley and thorne for a start.but overall a good course
