A good course, whether you are a beginner or a low handicap. As a beginner I like the layout. A few hazards to keep you on your toes but not too many to put you into trouble every hole and get fed up. Keeps the round enjoyable.

a bit sodden in places but had quite a bit of rain,it made course a touch harder to play

Greens had just been watered, but were sporadic. Wet in some areas and dry in others. Fairways were pretty good.

The course is in very good condition and the greens are in excellent nic, would recommend to anyone in the area.

Fairways n roughs was in good conditions. The thing that let the course down was the greens. Too many leaves. I know it's hard to keep on top of, someone should go round with a blower.
