Always in great condition, struggles with lack of space and the course feels very open as a result

course is not bad, in fairness greens in good condition, too many people at one time on course, no etiquette, no dress code, multiple ball play allowed, we followed 5 ball who let us through, then followed single who played 2-3 balls per hole, no marshalls, would not be going back, very expensive for 9 holes, in comparison to established 18 hole courses, for example hainault p.m price £15 for 18, crowlands £13.5 9. would not recomend playing this, no challenge, no water all holes straight no dog legs.

Quite boring course. If you want a quick round of 9 holes, then this could work. Nothing special.

Played this morning (bank holidaymonday) and was suprised how quite it was, it can get pretty busy sometimes. The Greens are great and to be honest the whole course is in fine shape. I'm always impressed when i get there because you don't expect a course in the middle of Dagenham to be so nice.

The only downside is that it is getting a bit expensive and there is no twilight rate.

A well maintained course but is quite expensive for a 9 hole in the middle of Dagenham, quite a short course with 4 par 3s with so other courses it the area could find it hard to survive if they keep on raising the green fees

greens are excellent, however no rakes in bunkers almost makes them unplayable, simple thing like a daily rake would help, overall though a nice tight little nine hole course in the heart of the east end
