What The Club Says
Romford Golf Club was originally designed by Open Champion James Braid and in more recent years has been used as a Qualifying venue for 'The Open'. The course measures 6405 yards Par71, Tree lined with beautiful Greens and lush fairways, and with its gently rolling terrain it suits young and old alike especially if you're playing 27 or 36 holes.

Great course
The course is fantastic. I cannot believe it has taken me so long to play it. The fairways were spongy, even after the heat we've had. The course layout is nice. The tee boxes are the best I've played all year. The greens ran true, but did have a few bald spots (but given the sun, it isn't that bad). The greens were hard and ran medium to fast. It was a challenging course and I?d strongly recommend it.The clubhouse was a bit dated. And we got stuck behind a 4 ball of members. It took them about 6 holes to let me and my playing partner through.

As you would expect in good condition at this time of year and wasn’t enjoyable round. Only negative were the bunker conditions. Tee to green In good condition.Reviewer Rating

The course is in great shape, greens a tad slow but very true.Couple of fairways with crow damage but in general it’s in beautiful condition
