Excellent coarse well kept in great condition shame its closing next year.still if people don't use it what can you expect????

Very forgiving, not the best of conditions but needs attention. Can be and has been a really good course. Shame for closure in May 2015

A very picturesque course. Long and one of the more tougher municipal courses available.

Great for a municipal, long and interesting with well kept greens. really could use some yardage markers though!!

Suprisingly good course. Some interesting Par 3's and several dog-legs. Excellent Greens. Worth playing if passing by.

Course was mostly in good condition but seemed a little bare in places on the back 9 and could have benefitted from a few more bunkers and trees separating the holes. Bunkers in desperate need of attention and resanding as they were dry and hard. Greens mostly good but a little inconsistent. Clubhouse basic but friendly.
With a little love and attention, plus some minor investment, this could be a great course. Some good offers on (unlimited golf, breakfast, lunch and a buggy for £20 Mon - Fri) that would tempt me back.

One of the better muni's in the midlands, greens a bit wooly and inconsistant (June) but a good test for all standards. Great early bird offers 18 holes and breakfast £12.00

It was in very good condition and the staff where very friendly and made us welcome the greens were fast and unable to hold the ball on them.they have some very good offers on at the moment if you have a spare day.

Not to bad a course, greens all but two in very good condition. Tee boxes were poor and the length of the fairways needed cutting, bunkers were building sand but fir the price £7.50 ( groupon) it was ok.
