Very tight course. Tough for higher handicappers. No buggys on fairways on 4 pars. all par 3's and a couple of others due to nature of course

Good for the time of the year

The course was quite soft and muddy in some places due to the soggy winter we have had but perfectly playable. Compared to some of the other mud-holes around it is a good winter course due to the good drainage. The greens had just been heavily cored so putting was difficult but this should pay dividents come spring and summer. Overall although it is a short and forgiving course it makes you think about your shots and the hazards can ruin your scorecard if you're unlucky or not careful. Beer and welcome at the clubhouse are always great.

Tried to book online but it didn't allow it so went to course. Didn't get reduce rate they offer online.
Good practice facilites. Buggy included in price, it is not a course you can walk. Lots of shots over canyons also lots of blind shots.
Greens I would give six out of ten,not the best. Fairways the same. Buggies allowed on fairway but the 90 degrees rule applies. This really slows down the round.
Interesting course lovely views but slightly over priced compared to the other courses I have played.

Been playing this course for the last few years and have noticed a slight decline in its condition which spoiled the experience for me, greens were dissapointing, clubhouse and staff were fantastic.

played april 2013, top practice facilities and when we played it had very quick greens. Fairways were very tight and lots of balls went missing. But it is a genuine challenge and will be a true test to single figure handicappers. Beware the first hole which requires a faded tee shot and a well struck iron kept below the flag to have any chance of a good start. Last hole is a great par three that will test the nerves.

No buggies on course rule ruins the day every time - all you do is walk round with three or four clubs in your hand. Otherwise, decent course murdered by over watering.
Wouldn't rush back.

Very tough course

I found this very tough lots of blind shots...very secluded up in the hills and a course in great condition just a lot of work going on around the course edges at the moment so feels like a building site

Spectacular!

Not for the faint hearted, or those who want straight forward wyswyg courses. Spectacular views, wonderful setting and some amazing holes. Though also with some blind shots that might frustrate some. Speaking as a high handicapper, glad to have played it, but perhaps best suited to max hcaps of 22 or so ? After the round, sitting on terrace for food and drink is a lovely spot.

Proper challenge with interesting layour

6 par 3's / 4's / 5's not always the best layout but each hole here is a challenge from long downhill par-3's to par 5's demanding accurate placement and good tee shots
