Surprised at reasonable good reviews below, as this is a silly course that was built on marginal land, that is basically not suitable for a golf course. Blind shots over hills, 45 degree fairways that punish a straight shot, made even worse by the fact buggies have to stick to paths. You therefore end up walking up/down valley slopes to get to your ball! Hole 9 par 5 is a ridicolous joke of a hole. Only good thing is some nice views. Play Boavista and Onyria Palmares nearby as these are very nice proper courses. Don't waste your trip to Algarve playing this crazy golf course!

Greens great but fairways dry. Challenging course with plenty of slopes!

A course built around a natural valley this is both challenging and pretty. The par 3s are somewhat samey but there's some really good par 5s and interesting par 4s. Greens were excellent. They also do a buffet all-you-can-eat breakfast for €8 which is good value and lunch afterwards was also nice sitting outside overlooking the 18th green.

Our first foray into Portugese golf was superb, I struggled to find any locals playing as most were ex-pats, the course was never too busy and was superbly prepared for the forthcoming Steve Bull and David Seaman charity events
