This course is very scenic, with a great variety of holes. It's always in great condition, with beautiful views. The staff is also really friendly and helpful.

First full round of golf ever!
Excellent 18 hole golf course. A little tricky on the par 5's. Had a fantastic mornings golf. Staff were polite and friendly, exceptionally kept greens considering the December weather! £35 wow 10/10Reviewer Rating

this is one of my all time favourites as course is allways in great nick with some quite stunning holes.cant never wait to return particular in sep/oct when most beautiful coloured trees make this a real gem

So enjoyable.
I really had lots of fun playing here.Some tight holes from the tee but as its not the longest you can navigate yourself around without having to hit driver on every hole.
The trees will come into play if you are wayward but they are fair. The green are super and if you miss them you need to do it in the right place.
Bunkers superb, views are stunning and given some of the other courses in the area this really does hold its own.

Fantastic course
Tight fairways with bunkers well placed around small fast greens makes this a good test of golf . This is a course that requires good course management .(Round played: Jun 2020 - Score: 85 Handicap: 11.8)

Hidden Gem
Played the course for the first time today, what a wonderful experience, some stunning holes & stunning views, accurate driving & iron play needed to small well protected greens. Greens & tees were in excellent condition, fairways tight & well manicured. A GEM!!Reviewer Rating

Absolutely wonderful setting and a tactical golf course in beautiful condition. The tees and fairways are superb with downhill drives to undulating greens. Fantastic, easily one of my favourites even if it is not the longest.

Amazing weather, amazing course
Lovely Course, tricky in some parts, but a great course overall! Watch out for the blind 1st tee shot! I hit what i thought was a great drive and completely lost the ball once we got down the hill! weird!!(Round played: Apr 2019 - Score: 108 Handicap: 23.9)

grerat course worth a visit
Played here for the last year, in all formats, it is a great course very well looked after, a great place to play for any standard of player(Round played: Jul 2017 - Score: 96 Handicap: 17.3)

Well worth a visit, fantastic course
Great course, bit hilly, but loved the walk in nice weather. Some difficult pin positions, but the layout was excellent!(Round played: Aug 2017 - Score: 112 Handicap: 23.5)

Lovely course. Some super views. I was totally fooled/sucker punched. By looking at the scorecard I saw it is 300 yards shorter than my home course and so few par 4's above 400 yards. I thought i'd tackle it easily. No way. The course is deceptive. If you can keep it on the short stuff you can score well but anything off the fairway is in punishing rough.Real good challenge set in wonderful countryside. Favorite tee shot is the SI1 hole 14. beautiful. Can't wait to play again. And, £20 for a member's guest - it is a bargain. Whole experience topped by the best sausage sandwiches in the most idyllic grounds of the 19th. stunning.
