We had our work golf society end of year golf day there today always a friendly welcome from very helpful staff. The course was in good condition for the time of year a few bumpy greens but not too bad at all.

Stayed for 4 nights in one of the lodges on the resorr.Course in excellent c9ndition for time of yearand not too busy. As a solo golfer on this trip I was able to pair up with locals who were all very friendly and helpful as I made my way around. The staff in reception and bar areas were all fantastic. Would definately recomend if you are 8n the area. Scored 97 on friday and 95 Saturday. HC 21

I am a senior site manager for a major retail outlet and was working in the local area for 1 month, I don’t like hotels so I decided to look for alternative accommodation. Having searched many caravan static parks over the web, I came across this golf complex. All I can say is when I booked I was slightly suspicious as to how cheap it was, on arrival I thought there has got to be a catch. I was surprised to the point of disbelief, the place is incredible, peaceful, charming and have to say I have stayed all over the world in many luxury accommodation, this place beats em all. It cost me a ridiculous £250.00 a week for a luxury 3 bedroomed villa, fully double glazed, central heated, on suite bathrooms and furnished to a five star standard with wide screen TVs and leather sofas, full fitted kitchen and even a dishwasher. I don’t play golf anymore but the course is fantastic, flat and very well maintained. You can hire electric golf carts, there’s a bar and restaurant on site and many country tavern’s scattered about. If you’re a family and looking to go to kings Lynn or around the area or you just want a really peaceful holiday then this is the place. The places are for sale for £140.000.00 plus so this tells you the standard of the accommodation. Just go you will not be disappointed.

Tydd is still a relatively young course but is beginning to mature very nicely. It is well looked after and offers a good test to all abilities.
A number of holes require some forethought as to the best approach in to the green, just whipping out the driver on every tee will not do.
The club is friendly although the kitchen seems to finish a little early on some visits.

The course gets better every year
Following Covid 19 restrictions when bunkers were not used it now appears some players have forgotten how to rake then. Footprints in most of them.Greens were in very good condition
Major changes planned to 5th and 6th holes to make way for holidays homes
Prices have gone up all round.

Course in reasonable condition, greens need a little more care as there are some large spike marks.

Well kept parkland public course. Never crowded. Excellent condition throughout and although there are wooded areas, ball rarely lost.

Of we went to take advantage of this spell of UK summertime! Tydd St Giles we chose. The club boasts a newly equipped Gym and inviting swimming pool, but we avoided its lure to head out. Our 2:4:1 voucher was accepted which made it £26 for the 2 of us. Course is still playing well after the dry spell, greens hard but running true so lay up short to run on... Overall this course gets better with age and is a true test for all abilities... Fancy a challenge try the white tees!!! Worth a visit... Friendly club all round and check out the pint and a meal for £6.... Bargain.

Excellent golf course which is making major improvements. It is challenging now for all and will become even more challenging when the new tee boxes and bunkers are all up and running. A great, friendly staff along with a great golf course - what more could you ask for?

Perfectly placed bunkers, and out of bounds areas make this course challenging for each level of golfer. This course is perfectly maintained and the staff are super friendly. At approximately a pound per hole, this course is definitely value for money. And the future upgreades occuring will make this place perfect for your holidays, whether they include fishing, golf, or spa treatments!

Well worth a visit. Huge greens and huge bunkers. Flat as a pancake ( it is the fens ), but still not easy. About 7 water hazards, all clearly marked on the score card. Nice friendly staff in the 19th.

Greens covered in pitch marks
The greens here are usually very good but on the day we played we were following a large visiting "society" and I would guess many of the players were not repairing the greens as they should. I repaired on average 3 pitch marks per green. Otherwise all good.Reviewer Rating
