What the club says: Tydd St. Giles Golf and Leisure Estate is one few courses in the UK where you can enjoy excellent play, 365 days a year. You’ll find it quietly tucked away on the Lincolnshire/Cambridgeshire borders - 15 minutes from King's Lynn and 25 minutes from Spalding and Peterborough.
Designed by Adrian Hurst, its larger-than-average, well-groomed greens are in tip-top condition all year round. The course has a par 70 and is around 6,300 yards - enough to challenge the most talented golfer, as well as encourage newcomers to take up the game, under the expert guidance of our resident golf pro.

Pricey for what it is
Couple of greens in poor condition and without a 2 for 1 voucher it’s certainly not worth £35 a round.Some tee boxes could with a little love and attention as well

In good nick at present

Well worth a visit. Huge greens and huge bunkers. Flat as a pancake ( it is the fens ), but still not easy. About 7 water hazards, all clearly marked on the score card. Nice friendly staff in the 19th.

Greens covered in pitch marks
The greens here are usually very good but on the day we played we were following a large visiting "society" and I would guess many of the players were not repairing the greens as they should. I repaired on average 3 pitch marks per green. Otherwise all good.Reviewer Rating

Course in general is good but the greens needed cutting and in place the fringe was deep only showing the top of the ballYou could not putt in places around the fringe
I appreciate that the course was very wet but the greens could have been maintained and cut
However this is a good course and well with a visit

The tee boxes were immaculate . The greens were huge and fast . The bunkers were a bit crusty on top, but also huge. Nice fairways.

The course gets better every year
Following Covid 19 restrictions when bunkers were not used it now appears some players have forgotten how to rake then. Footprints in most of them.Greens were in very good condition
Major changes planned to 5th and 6th holes to make way for holidays homes
Prices have gone up all round.

Excellent condition
This course gets better year on year. Mid May 2019 greens were in great condition and so fast it was hard not to 3 put on some of the sloping ones. Well worth a visit.Reviewer Rating
