Could be a great course. But the font 9 was very very wet underfoot. Great layout and tees and green in good condition for the time of year. Back 9 much better, less interesting once you emerge from the forest but much drier. Woudl play again mid summer if I get the chance

Played the Earls course 10th April. The clubhouse and facilities are very nice and a good standard. The course itself has a fair bit of variety, with some tight tee shots required at times, but also some generous fairways and straightforward par 3's. The ground was still a bit boggy in places and plugged lies were common for all three of us if the fairways were missed. There some parts of the fairways which were as heavily pockmarked with divot marks as I think I have seen in years, which was disappointing. The greens were also very bobbly with lots of unrepaired pitchmarks (I don't blame the club for this - selfish golfers are to blame !!) I enjoyed my round there, but I think I would enjoy it a lot more in the sumer with dry ground and better greens.

Played the King's course which was nice, especially the front nine was quite challenging and back nine having some nice holes as well. Unfortunately the overcrowded course kind of ruined it and any won't even consider joining the club anymore. Sending groups of 4 out every 4 minutes is just ridiculous, total time over 5,5 hours. Go during the week or after 3pm and it might be ok.

The club facilities were good, only down side was that the driving range machine took a £2 coin as a £1 coin. The course was in a decent condition but there were quite a few areas around thee course that needed some tlc

A long course with excellent fairways and nice greens. A test of golf with its long par 5`s. Clubhouse and facilities are nice.

The Earls is a very long course and unless you routinely drive the ball
250yds +, several of the holes become out of range in regulation. We played after a few days of rain and therefore there was no run on the ball. Some fine holes on the course, a much better layout than the Kings. At £12.50 this was good value, but wouldnt want to play here every week.

Played the Kings on 16th April and enjoyed the layout. Greens had just been slit which didnt help putting, but I suspect that they would devleop into good surfaces as the season progressed. Long walk and not the quickest round ive had, but thats what you get on a corporate facility such as this. Very open, so no premium for accuracy, suits long hitters. The Earls is likely to be better from this perspective so looking forward to playing this in May. Paid £20 for this round and to be honest that was probably about right, I wouldnt like to pay much more for a round here. As for some of the other reviews stating this is the best in Warwickshire, I think not, but a decent course all the same
