Fantastic condition
I hadn't played here for about 6 years . The course is set in beautiful picturesque surroundings and was far better than I remembered. From tee to green the course was immaculate. The greens were fast and well manicured. The fairways were well cut and considering the time of year they were fantastic. It's a quirky course but well worth a visit and certainly well worth the money to play. I will be going backReviewer Rating

Great course considering the amount of rain we have had throughout Feb. Members and pro really friendly. The picture perfect 9 hole course is a test and a delight to play. I will definitely return in the summerReviewer Rating

Shame about the clubhouse
An interesting 10 hole course set in beautiful countryside. Stunning views on every hole. Fairways good but tees and greens not so good. Plenty of water to be careful of. The disappointing part of the course was the clubhouse. No shower facilities, just one small hand basin. The bar had no draught beer/lager/cider. There was no food as the chef was on a week’s holiday. I’d still go back though and hope to play better golf next time.(Round played: May 2019 - Score: 108 Handicap: 27.5)

A lovely afternoon of golf
I walked 18 holes with my son who is a member here. A challenging but fun course where accuracy is more important than distance (although there are some lengthy ones). Loved the addition of the three new holes which are well integrated in the layout. Course is well maintained and punches well above its weight. Well done!Reviewer Rating

Little Gem
The course, on its website, say that it is one of the friendly golf courses around. They were right. There was such a warm welcome for my wife and I. The food was superb. It is a bit off the beaten track but worth the effort.
Do NOT follow your Sat Nav as it can be dangerous the way it takes you. The club's website tells you the best way.
The views are amazing on this 9 hole course.
It is ?10 cheaper to book on line than over the phone.
Don't delay in booking a round if ever you are in the area. There is ample parking.

Toughest 9 hole in the UK
What a course! You can play 9 or 18 on the different tee boxes which completely changes the hole, the difference between the 10th and the 1st is unreal… the condition was second to none with fairways cut like greens and the course itself is not for the faint hearted, babbling brooks, and the inlet rivers to the Dee and the water hazards keep you honest on approach. Up there with my top 3 played this year along with Bramshaw and Ealing, only 10 minutes off the M6 this is a must if you really want to test your game!Reviewer Rating
