Set In a beautiful part of the world with a very challenging back nine. Overall a very good coarse, but a bit on the expensive side.

This is a very challenging/tough course in a really attractive setting. Links with exceptionally deep and penal rough - no views of the sea as the dunes are really high but Harlech castle is a great backdrop. Shame about the derelict hotels adjoining the east few holes. Lad in the pro shop not very helpful and ended uo booking my round on the internet on my phone in the clubhouse just prior to playing

Some of the most spectacular surrounds you will find in the UK to rival Turnberry! You have to be on your game to post a good round here as the rough the most punishing I've encountered. The bunkers were quite disappointing for a course of this quality, many were out of commission, some were filled with water and others were very mucky. That said, the greens are immaculate - so true that we saw a fair few monster putts roll in! Well worth the drive!

This course is playing very well. Many of the fairways are now going brown after the recent dry spell. Last winter we had a lot of rain the 11th green was a lake for 2 months! It took 2 pumps to drain it. Great service as always in the Clubhouse. It is well worth a visit!

Make your score on the front nine. Hang on coming back. Par 3 14th is slightly harder than SI 13 suggests!
