This course is in lovely condition, with the fairways exceptional and the rough kept at a reasonable level of growth. The greens at the moment are still undergoing treatment (a little sandy on some) The course is quite challenging in parts which suits anyone with a handicap but also suits the beginner.
Superb views over Glasgow towards the Campsies and beyond.
There is an adequate driving range however there are no clubhouse facilities at the moment. (fire damaged)

Accessable course South Glasgow

This was previously a municipal course now managed by David Lloyd. It is a compact 18 holer with no par 5's but a couple of long par fours. There is adequate parking and is very inexpensive, so good value for money. (?12.00). There are a few big up and down hits, yes it is hilly, but the views are good from the top. Considering the time of year, the greens and fairways were in good shape. I expect they will improve further soon. It is a fair course for the high handicapper, but less so for good players, but I would say very good value for money.
