Great course worth playing
Second time playing Romiley GC in one of their well run open competitions. Friendly welcome at clubhouse. Good practice facilities. Course in good condition considering the recent hot weather, greens true and a joy to putt on. Nice walk around a few ups and downs but not too hard on the old legs. Worth a round in anyone's books this one.Reviewer Rating

Great course worth playing
First time playing Romiley GC and was impressed from start to finish. Great welcome at clubhouse and pro shop. Very tasty breakfast. Excellent practice facilities. Course in superb condition, greens very true if a touch slow but very nice to putt on. Some nice looking holes, especially par 3 11th. Nice walk around with some slight inclines. Certainly will be returning to this course again.Reviewer Rating

Top Class Course

Quality course, wonderfully welcoming.
This is the first time I have played this course and what a great course I have been missing. The course is well set out, has welcoming members, the course is really well looked after and super greens.(Round played: Jun 2017 - Score: 84 Handicap: 18.5)

A course which needs your full attention. It looks benign on some holes, don't let that fool you. I've played the course mostly in the "Off season" as it's priced more to my budget then. Yet it's still a fantastic course to test your golfing skills.

Excellent course consisting of a great variety of holes. Bunkers, water, trees and other hazards all come into play. Would highly recommend!

Absolute Gem of a course and the staff are exemplary. We are a small society from Oldham (Moorside) and from the outset were treated like Royalty by the club Secretary and Pro. The greens and fairways were magnificent so must have improved tremendously going off last years reviews. Food is first class complimented by similar service. Would highly recommend

I paid £25.00 for a round of golf by booking through their web site on the 23/04/2013, the course is challenging I ended up with a score of 88. Looking forward to playing the course again in the summer.
