Great course worth playing
Having played Romiley a couple of times before was looking forward to playing again. Usual friendly welcome in the clubhouse, great breakfast to start the day. Good practice facilities, large putting green. Course in good condition given the recent dry spell. Greens rolled really well. Fairly easy walk around a few small inclines to negotiate but nothing to strenuous. Fairly treelined course so need to keep it fairly straight to score well. Will keep on coming back for sure.Reviewer Rating

Enjoyable
First time I have played here it's been on the radar for a while and I am glad I finally booked to travel and play here very welcoming in the pro shop with good deals available and from the first tee view I knew I was going to enjoy it. This course has shape and character and in exceptional condition after this long wet spring fairways are immaculate and greens all have a slightly different slope and twist to make you think trust me if it's looking straight it isn't I will definitely be back regularlyReviewer Rating

Great course worth playing
Second time playing Romiley GC in one of their well run open competitions. Friendly welcome at clubhouse. Good practice facilities. Course in good condition considering the recent hot weather, greens true and a joy to putt on. Nice walk around a few ups and downs but not too hard on the old legs. Worth a round in anyone's books this one.Reviewer Rating

Faultless AND Great food
We visited Romiley on our Rabbits' Captains Away Day on Sunday 17/7 and we were bowled over with the friendliness and professionalism displayed by the Club .... from the 'meet & greet' to the post-match three course meal, everything was excellent. It had a real 'family' feel to it around the Sunday evening and I feel we will definitely be back at some point in the future. Thank you to all concerned for a brilliant day !!!
