What a great track, played it on Sunday 1st May and I was very impressed. I play off 7 and my friend plays off 27 (his just started) and it was fun for both of us. Greens were quick and smooth which is amazing as it looked like a busy day and we didn’t play until the afternoon. I would highly recommend a game

What a great course, looks like Woburn but without it being to difficult, greens are nice but a couple look like they have suffered through the winter.

Not played here for 2 years, been playing local pay and plays to me and this is in such better condition, they have 2-3 greens that aren’t great but the rest is quality. Plus we got to enjoy a burger and pint while watching the football, if Carlsberg did Sundays :-)

Better than expected.... not played it in about 4 years, its a brilliant layout but the condition was always very average. This time it was looking striking from start to finish. The greens rolled brilliant and the fairways were in top condition.
The girl in the hut was very polite and welcoming, I wish my private members clubs in reading was a friendly.
I would recommend a try.

Great condition and a warm welcome

This is an absolute stunner! Top tip…. Play later in the day and you get get this place for £15/£20! Saying that I would still pay the £44 they are charging for a AM weekend round. Enjoy my fellow golfers.Reviewer Rating

What a little gem>
I wished the weather was better but never the less I loved the course, layout and the condition was great > apart from the bunkers but not having rakes out doesn’t help, I’m guessing that’s some sort of COVID restriction>

Green.... greens
Played on Wednesday 9th December, really enjoyed the round.We teed off just before 12pm and while busy we just about got a round in, the greens were amazing! Best greens we have played in months.
