What the club says: Although quite small - the eighteen hole course measures only 6060 yards - it is still a demanding par 71 with water intersecting the well-maintained fairways on ten holes, and out of bounds on eleven, so concentration and accuracy are vital to score well here.

Good day !
Looking for a friendly, relaxing and decent golf then this is the course. Super freindly staff couldnt do enough, members i hadnt met before were good banter.The course is good, not high end but very enjoyable. I play of 9 and scored 74 so good test, plenty of opertunity to score but enough danger to keep you in check.

Lovely course
This course is in first class condition and a joy to play. The layout may not be the most testing but the condition of the course more than makes up for that. A friendly welcome at the pro shop gets you on your way.(Round played: Jul 2019 - Score: 88 Handicap: 25.7)

Friendly and not too difficult.

Greens were unplayable!.....the best one (9th) reminded me of Derby Countys old Baseball Ground!
Usually a good course but spoilt by the state of the greens and mentioned by a lot of folk on the course.

Super Course
Parklands is fast becoming a lovely layout to play golf on. It improves year on year and has a lovely array of holes. Accuracy is at a premium with oob on most holes but this only serves to heighten your awareness as you plot your way round the course. Greens run true and the course is well maintained. Like any course it can improve but it is maturing into a fine parkland layout. Signature holes would be the second where you either lay up or hit over a bridged pond. The 18th is also a good hole with a stern distance facing you to make a birdie or par before a warm welcome awaits in the clubhouse. A good course and would recommend to anyone.Reviewer Rating
