Lots of rain the last week.
Course in very good condition.
Greens were again very good.

Lovely parkland course. Fairways a little heavy for time of year with no real run. Greens recently treated and very bobbly - a lottery really.

Greens a bit bobbly and fairways left quite long. May b to do with winter preparations. Otherwise beautiful parkland course running alongside Mersey. Suits all handicappers. Demands accuracy

NGC has been an excellent experience. The green were great for this time of year. The pro shop - Joe and Dan were very professional and extended me the highest of services. I would recommend NGC to any standard of player. Pleased with my nett 73!

An easy walk , the course will be harder once leaves come on the trees and really bring the fairways in making them look tighter. At no time do you end up being punished for having hit a good shot unlike some courses I've played. Greens are superb and like lightning. Considering the winter we've had, the groundsmen deserve congratulations.

Good course in great condition for a cold winter, greens have held up really well and are a credit to the club. Members playing behind us were very friendly, asking if we were enjoying the round and so on. Nice to see this course now offering attractive green fees and we will be back.

Played here on the 13th March and have to say the course was great. Great fairways and greens in brilliant condition.

Make sure you don't get caught up in the ladies comp on a Thursday ! Other than that a great golf course with some very challenging holes.

Great condition for winter. Greens perfect, and exceptionally well drained. Fairways good, obviously soft, and most tees open - only couple of mats on the par 3s. Well worth a visit.

Good course adjacent to river Mersey which contributes to wet conditions. Nice round and lovely friendly people. Very enjoyable day.

Slow going Sunday afternoon
A slow fourball held up twoballs and single golfers meaning a four hour + round. Course in great condition but could do with more yardage markers rather than 150 discs, also a recommended pace of play on the scorecard would help speed things up.(Round played: Aug 2020 - Score: 88 Handicap: 13.6)
