Fantastic. Played both courses. West Course is a little shorter and more varied, High Course is a brute. Both in immaculate condition.
Great club house, practice facilities and service. All round top top club and although old fashioned, still friendly and welcoming. Loved it

Better condition than Celtic Manor
Moor Park is an absolute treat! The condition of the course is exceptional and there is a good mix of challenging holes. The greens are pretty rapid but they run true. I played the High Course on this occasion and after playing the Belfry, and all three courses at Celtic Manor this year, this beats it on quality. I appreciate the other prestigious courses may have more challenging holes, but the manicured greens and fairways are spot on!Reviewer Rating

What a fantastic place
If yo get the chance to play the High Course at Moor Park, just do it. The place was fantastic from the excellent service when you arrived, an amazing golf course, with fabulous greens and even beer prices that were acceptable. Don't miss it.(Round played: Jul 2017 - Score: 94 Handicap: 18.1)

I played this course on a sticky summers evening as a guest of a member. The changing room was first class and the service in the club shop very efficient. We played the High course which was in superb condition and had a very enjoyable round of golf. The greens were fast compared to any other course I had played this year. There were very few people playing and we had no hold ups. For a course of this standard the ?25 green fee was excellent value. I hope to get the chance to play again soon.

This is the second time I have plyed the course in two weeks. The first time in blazing sunshine, the second in teeming raim. Amazingly the course is in great condition, on the hot day the greens were rather firm and lighting fast, 3 putts were the order of the day. In the rain they were still fast and challenging but ir was possible to stop a ball.
On the whole it is a fantastic and rather hilly course set in great surroundings. The club house speaks for itself and the welcome is warm and inviting. It is a little expensive but worth a go.
The West Course is also entertaining but a little shorter and not as mature, the condition remains as good as the High Course.
If I have a complaint it is the practice ground that is a long way from the CLub House and (believe it or not) it is easier to drive to it !

Nice course - worth a visit
Nicely laid out, guide hilly and played on a very wet day. Fairways very sticky but greens still true and remarkably fast. Must be very difficult in summer!Reviewer Rating

Stunning clubhouse with great facilities. We played the high course which is a challenging parkland course with lots of ups and downs. The greens were lightning quick and the fairways slopey.

This is one of those courses you're always happy to be able to play. Steeped in heritage and sculpted into the natural beauty of the surroundings it never fails to make you say wow.. Add to that the course is spectacular, in amazing condition at all times and a teat to play.Reviewer Rating
