Good for a pay & play
Very reasonably priced. Fairways in good condition greens a wee bit humpy but pro said due to be rolled when weather permits. Back 9 heather and brush allowed to grow a bit too much, having said that if fairways are hit rough wouldn't be mentioned. Good test even for experienced low handicappers. Unfortunately no food or drink available due to extensive work on clubhouse which overlooks 18th.Looking forward to returning in summer.

Great course. Tough back 9
Great little course in good condition and an absolute bargain. The front nine has some great holes, the back nine is more of a challenge. Need to get your scores while you can.Reviewer Rating

friendly course
nice condition,good views- first 9 played by most but back 9 quite quiet. Friendly regulars and greens smooth if slightly slow(Round played: Jun 2017 - Score: 90 Handicap: 19.8)

Excellent value for money. Quite an arduous course: lots of hills. The 16th is a killer.

Interesting course, not too long but with several 'cardiac hills' to climb - very steep in places but this adds to the challenge of judging shots accurately. Not many bunkers but hills and strong winds are biggest challenge. Greens are very hard and surprisingly fast.

This is one of the best Municipal courses in the North West and puts a number of the private and more expensive clubs to shame.
