Very enjoyable place to play golf.
I live about an hour and fifteen minutes from this course and don't know why it has slipped my notice until now. Having played it once I returned within a fortnight to play again. Both times the experience was very good, conditions were great, course layout was excellent and the welcome from staff and members was brilliant. Worth checking out if you like parkland layouts,

Nice course, well worth the trip. Course at it's peak from April to August greens good all year round. Past drainage issues seem to be resolved and course now good 12 months a year. A challenge for golfers of all abilities being one of the longer courses in the county when played from the competition tees. Phone ahead for best advice from proshop regarding times to play, course often quiet in afternoons. Beer is good in clubhouse check ahead for restaurant times for good bar food.

Lovely course, great greens and friendly staff and members
1st time playing rookery Park yesterday, we had been recommended here by a few people we played with, and finally got round to playing here, as soon as we arrived we were impressed lovely practice greens and chipping area. Went into the pro shop got all booked in the had some time to practice and use the practice area, whilst we were there a member started chatting to us making us feel very welcome and giving us some tips. Playing the round the whole course was in fantastic condition, would definitely return.

Mr Higgins
18 holes of winter fun! I have played here several times over the years and of recent, the course and clubhouse have both improved. The parkland layout offers a good test with some superb greens. The par 3 11th is a huge challenge (Maybe a bit too much imo) but there are plenty of interesting short par 4's. Our group all had a breakfast after our round which was great. Superb value.

Supurb well worth a visit
Went on a society’ day here with the Norfolk and Suffolk golfmates society 7th aug and all I can say is well worth a visit
Currently Norfolk/ Suffolk bone dry and had a severe rain drought this course one of the few with grass on the fairways and you are not playing of ground like concrete
Course was challenging but not to hard
Greens played spot on and ran true
All staff from the pro shop to the bar were all friendly and informative
Pricing for food and drink all reasonable unlike a lot of courses in the region
Well worth a visit on your own , with friends or a society

Great Course
First time I have played this course and enjoyed it thoroughly. The greens were great and the whole course looked great and not straightforward to play

Disappointing condition
This could be a good course however: the bunkers have no sand, the tees need cutting as its like playing out of the semi rough, some of the tees are huge but you are given a 5ft strip to tee off from?! The first 3 holes are permanently waterlogged and to be honest, I wouldn't play it again.
