Played last night twlight. £15. Thoughts of the course changed through the round. There is no escaping the fact this is a course on the Common i.e. with walkers dogs runners etc. This is something you have to get used to, the course itself improves as the round continues. The thoughts of the course also vary depending on how you are playing. If you hit the ball straight you will score well. If you push a drive / iron off of the tee then scrambling to make par / match handicap can be hard work. Overall the Greens are great, the course provides a challenge but the lenght of the course, the presence of everyone else in the park (including the idiots who just picked up my ball from middle of fairway and were throwing it too each other as walked up to them to ask for my ball back) are just part of the course. Overall £15 for 16 holes after work is fine but I dont know how this yet plays on weekend.... but will most likely give it go... but will certainly play twlight again soon....

Pleasant and easily accessible course in London with long par 3s and several drivable par 4s. A nice course to play if you can steer clear of people walking up the middle of the fairways, lying on greens when the sun is out, the horses and running clubs all of whom show no regard for golfers (especially on the sole par 5). The members at Wimbledon Common also get frustrated if you decline to tee off on the par 3s when there are people on the green. Can be a good round or a frustrating one. Generally good value for money. Bring a red top.

Shortish course but tight layout with some tricky small greens with long par threes and short par fours.
Good test of your short game skills.

Was stunned on arrival to the pro-shop (walk in cupboard) when I was told I had to change my top... local rules state you must wear PILLAR BOX RED! In the end the guy in the shop was gracious enough to lend me a red polo. Arrived at the first tee, 230 odd yard par 3 into the wind, cant see the green, looked like just hitting into a field thinking, why have I paid £15 for this BUT, actually a decent course, luck I was driving well on the day as some, in fact most of the tee shots are a challenge and the rough is tough too. Greens in decent condition, much better than expected. Played to my handicap of 12, was tough though with 3 200 yard Par 3's but, a couple of short sub 300 yard Par 4's. Would play again... in my own Red top next time.

Nice tree lined course close to London, not too long but you'll need to be straight! Watch out for the grumpy pro shop and expect to hire or buy a red shirt (i took 4 with me all wrong type of red!) which you need to play the course. Course was fun if a little short and is shared between two clubs, good price on Mondays!

Not the longest course you'll find but still challenging. Tough par 3's with three of them over 200 yards. Par 4's are a bit short for the long hitters. An enjoyable course to play though and great value for money during the week, only problem being the walkers, joggers, horse riders that use the common and can hold you up at certain holes.

Good quirky course. It's an experience for sure. Not long but very tight and great fun to play.

Nice tight course

Pretty nice course, short but tricky! Watch out for the dog walkers as well, who we caught a four letter tirade off, even though we shouted fore well in advance. Plus you must wear a red polo shirt! Bit strange but you won't be allowed out on the course. Nice tees and quality greens, worth a trip.

Nice short course in Central London

Course in good condition, frustrating with walkers and runners who don't look before crossing fairways.

In the heart of Wimbledon

Excellent course taking into account it's on a common! Best greens in Surrey by a fair shout! Found that sharing with Wimbledon common golf club so course got over crowded and tough with unobservant walkers even though golfers wearing pillar box red polos. Excellent and friendly service at London Scottish staff and members
