(Round played: Aug 2016 - Score: 88 Handicap: 19.1) Good Value used two for one voucher and played for £16 each for three baller. Good test of skills some difficult holes. Good days golf.

Excellent round of golf. Recently cut and in prime condition, greens varied but that added to the challenge, unfortunately for me once you leave the fairway and get into the long grass it can prove costly, plenty of hazards including trees and water.

Really enjoyed playing this course. Quite a stiff walk but some interesting holes and both fairways and greens in decent nick. Not especially tough so suitable for higher handicapper but tricky enough for low figure players to enjoy it. Very friendly in pro shop

Very nice course, with some great hills offering good views of the Herefordshire countryside and some challenging sloped fairways. I'd recommend at least a trolley, due to some of the steep climbs! Very friendly and helpful pro, and a well equipped club house. No range, but adjoining club has one (50 yard walk...)
Course was very wet when I visited the area, so a few holes were closed down by the river which had burst its banks. But the greens still played very well, despite all the rain that had recently dropped.

The course is looking in excellent condition. The greens were particularly quick, with some testing pin positions. Tip - always finish below the hole, this will take lots of shots off your round!
There are a number of memorable holes. The 18th is a nice finishing hole, birdie is possible but just as likely a bogey!
The hills can be quite draining on the legs, so a golf cart is advisable to ease the aches and pains.
The staff were very friendly, and the Pro (Nigel) was very welcoming.

Great value in the week and a beautiful setting.....shame about the old lady that rides the course in an invalid scooter, not very nice and quite rude to visitors.
