The fairways were wide but the rough was challenging. Greens were in excellent condition.

Good course. Not many bunkers, but accuracy and some knowledge of ball placement a great advantage here, with tree lined, dog leg fairways.

Fantastic course in terms of both presentation and playability. Very picturesque parkland course with varied challenges and extremely well maintained.

Course always in excellent condition. Make sure you book a buggie if you need one as a lot of societies seem to be playing when we play there hence they are in high demand. (Round played: Sep 2015 - Score: 96 Handicap: 20.3)

This is a truly wonderful golf course! The condition of everything was immaculate, from true, good paced greens with perfect fringes to fairways that were wonderful (some courses would have been happy to have there greens as good as these fairways). The course itself was imaginative and the layout feels wonderfully spacious. I have played many courses in the South West and this would rank with the very best. Do not be put off by what at first seemed low on yards, it is a great test and if you spray the ball about you will be punished.
Alister the pro was so helpful, he helped with everything and we were not an easy society to cater for having changed our requirements several times. Not sure what the previous loggers food issue was, ours was excellent and plentiful. I would play this course everyday if I could and it should be an absolute must for any society playing in the South West-you won't be disappointed.

Lovely course in a great setting, excellent clubhouse although the food service was appalling slow (45 minutes wait for our food)
