Friendly ducks
I went as a guest of a member, so the green fees were reasonable. One of the friendliest pros I've come across while I waited for my friend to arrive. As a foursome, we tee?d off after their roll up comp, so I was expecting a slow round (3.5 hrs in total) so that was an added bonus. The greens and tee boxes were in top notch condition (greens maintenance next week)Apparently it's customary to stop at the halfway house (when open) which once you've tee?d off the duck around the pond come and mavel at your shot, or maybe just to grab some food. I personally found the back 9 an easier challenge, apart from the 18th(maybe too hilly)

Nice tight course
A golf course that makes you play the course not just boom and chip. Lots of little nuances certainly should be easier knowing the course and greens. Greens fast and lots of slope so makes you concentrate. Overall good but is priceyReviewer Rating

Ever improving layout & good test
New pro Anthony very friendly, course is in great condition with firm greens and no footprints to be found. (most around are soft after bad winter)Black tee's real test and tree's have shot up in the 20 years since I was a member, love the place
