Used to visit here often, but they have hiked the prices to a stupid and unrealistic leval for visitors. Save you money and play Tidworth or Salisbury instead - much better courses altogether.

Heard a lot about this one and was a little disappointed with the course. Lots of ex Majors and Colonels but not much else of note.

In great nick!
Clandon Golf - always accommodating, friendly welcome and the course in its best condition I've seen it. A track that gives you every opportunity to open the shoulders early on and then poses questions on accuracy and your course management skills. Greens a little patchy in places to be expected at this time of the year and considering the summer we've had.Reviewer Rating

A very nice course in a great location. Fairly challenging but certainly not too demanding. The greens played nicely and the course was very well maintained. The clubhouse was dated and the menu very limited.

The course is playing very well at the moment. Still a lot of danger for an open downland course, you have to pick your shots well. Greens could do with a bit of attention.

High Post Golf Club
We played on a reciprocal and were made to feel welcome by all staff and members. In spite of the recent very wet and windy weather, we had a fine but very cold day to play and the course was in very good condition for mid-February, particularly the greens. It was forward temporary tees but still a challenge with some long to play par fours. The course and surrounds have had, and are getting, a lot of work done to them but this had very little effect on our round. Consensus was that we must go back again.Reviewer Rating
