Tight holes.guarded by trees
Frist 9 mature parkland, the second 9 more open. This had an easy walk with some undulating fairways. Tight fairways and fairway bunkers some hidden ponds & ditches. 90deg dog legs 7th par 5. Some holes guarded by trees.So, course management comes into play.Some fairways were a bit suffering in places, greens & bunkers were in good condition. Some long walks from green to tees.
Friendly staff, pro shop, paid over the bar One Driving Nets, Putting Greens, driving range

Played this course a few times now & each time it gets better. Owner?s are spending money on the course & facilities, u can see the improvements. It's a very friendly club from members to staff with good food too. Course played well greens were great & winter tee mats brilliant, well done to everyone at the club

Greens had been sanded - would've been nice to know that in advance to be honest - I guess they'd been expecting rain.
Some blind holes over tree lines which are a little confusing, otherwise a tight course offering decent value for money.

Course in good condition, greens & fairways good but some tee boxes need a little attention. A good challenge with some interesting holes. Friendly staff & members, clubhouse & food very good

Favourite home course
fairways and rough delayed play due to grass cutting required. Spent time looking for balls in daisy's and long grass along with cuttings.Reviewer Rating

A good layout with a few interesting holes, wasn't at its best as -4 temps made fairways & greens frozen which lead to some amusing bounces. Having said that have played here in summer & is a very good course. Members & staff very friendly & helpful, my friend is very interested in membership here.

Great value and great course
First try for us and couldn’t have been more impressed. Great friendly welcome and course in brilliant condition. Greens fast and true, fairways also good. Told tees are being renovated and good on the whole. Would definitely come backReviewer Rating
