Priced over the top for 9 holes
Played there for the first time in years. Its maturing nicely. Course is in condition. Greens are in excellent although they are a bit underlating which hads to the game.I only had time for nine holes I tried phoning to book a tee time for at least half hour all I got was engaged tone. So thought I would go & risk it not been to busy. On arrival the receptionits was sat outside on a chair ?. I booked a tee time had to wait half hour. So I got a cuppa. My biggest bug bear was it cost £17 for nine holes but only £25 for a full eighteen how is that fair. Overpriced definitely for nine holes. Won't be playing 9 holes again cheaper locally elsewhere.Reviewer Rating

Very nice course with excellent fast running greens with good amounts of break
4 ball in front were taking forever though and didn't offer me to play through which started annoying me.

Excellent Condition for time of year
Where most courses are closed or very wet this is in fantastic condition. Only had to clean my ball a couple of times. Highly recommend. The staff and members were very friendly.Reviewer Rating

Course pretty dry considering
Played here because pretty much most other courses in Yorkshire were closed. Off mats on the teas which is expected and fairways were pretty good but I am afraid the course was let down by the state of the temporary greens which in some cases were actually worse than the fairways! But a good day was had despite this and the staff wee very welcoming . perhaps it deserves a visit in the summerReviewer Rating

Played here a few times over the past few years but first time I've played here this year and will be returning shortly.
A nice 9 hole course with different tees if you play 18 holes.
The course was in great nick ... not a mark on the greens and the fairways and tee areas a lot better than some of the course's I've played for a lot more money. If you have not played here before I would recommend it without a doubt.
The staff and members are very friendly and helpful.
Shot my best round some time ... 83 for 44 points... :o))

A very nice, yet still to mature, 9 hole course. There's a Pro Shop being built, a driving range and putting green also. There is dress code of no hoodies or jeans and golf shoes must be worn on course.

Very Good
Although the rough is beginning to get a bit long and the clover is very punishing this course is a joy. The greens are true and overall the course is a joy, although for a 9 hole with 2 tee boxes on most holes making the 18 holes, I think it is overpriced at £20 for a visitor, £17 with a member,(Round played: Jun 2021 - Score: 111 Handicap: 23.4)

Very poor Customer relationship
Played here a number of time prior to the Pandemic, when things opened up I enquired about membership , their prices seem very reasonable so I submitted my request ,never heard from them , I contacted them a number of times to be informed that there is now a waiting list of over 60 names, Shame as the course will only get better as time goes on and the ground staff know what they are about ,Shame about admin very poor and as I and a large number of friends are looking to play somewhere they have missed an opportunity, my bunch are a very social lot so also a business opportunity missed in and around the bar area, it does not bode well for a Club that cannot be bothered with inquiries that why so many are going to the wall, OK these guys have a waiting list for now but getting a bad reputation for poor Customer is not the way forward.Reviewer Rating

Hidden gem
Only 9 holes but with slightly different tee positions for the back 9, we found this course to be in superb condition with an interesting layout. Perfect for beginners due to some wide fairways and with only young saplings lining most of them. Have visited 5 times in the last couple of months and not once have we had slow play or too long a wait at any tee.Reviewer Rating

The most inconsiderate members I have come across being stuck behind 4 balls that don’t let you play through then saying they have only been playing an hour 20 even tho me and my dad was waiting to tee off for 10 mins on every hole didn’t even finish the round because of members that think they own the club I pay and play every week once or twice so now the have lost £700 per year because I will not be returning

Nice course
In good condition well kept. Played Fri afternoon £15 for 18 holes good value. Nicely layed out will be even better when matured a bit. Only down point was kitchen closed 2 oclock when we got there no cup of tea or sandwhich big minus for me that was.(Round played: May 2018 - Score: 100 Handicap: 20.7)

Fast improving new course
Only opened this year (2017) gets better every time I play it. Really good nine holer. Found it a bit dry in summer due to excellent drainage. Could do with a bit more grass on the fairways it's cut very short. Also a bit more care with the areas off the greens and fairways. Especially close in.
