What The Club Says
Whitwood Golf Club may only be 32 years old, but in its short history it has matured rapidly and become one of the finest examples of modern day golf design in the Yorkshire region. The course has been designed and constructed as a challenging but rewarding Parkland course. The course is 6099 yards, Par70, with its tree lined fairways and well positioned greens it presents an enjoyable setup whether you’re a low handicap or beginner. Introduced in 2018 we have now got 16 tees for a different feel the second nine .

Big price increases
Course is still pretty good for what it is but the price for 9 holes has rocketed recently and no longer worth it for a quick midweek morning game. 18 holes still a good price but for some reason they have made 9 holes no longer worth it.Reviewer Rating

surprisingly good
i?d heard from other golfers i knock about that this was a rough course and i wasn't expecting much but i was pleasantly surprised, really friendly in the clubhouse, if your not on fairway then yeah your in trouble but the greens were all flat and nice and true. yeah when i saw a 3 ball in front put there stand bags and a trolley on the green it was a poor sight but i?d go back as i enjoyed the challenge and i did play well which helps but yeah not for proper posh golfers but for us that we're brought up to play lupset, gotts park and those municipal courses with the same problemsReviewer Rating
