Interesting course but lacks significant tree planting. Greens good and fairways immaculate. Hole 17 lets it down rather than dramatic hole down hill a strange diagonal tee shot from lower down hill is proposed.

Greens a little bit different in pace from hole to hole. Fair few blind tee shots too. But course in good condition.

A fantastic course - my personal favourite within the immediate area, however there is very little control kept with regard to T off times and slow play on the course, therefore avoid at weekends.

the course at the top and bottom are in very good condition at the moment the greens are good could always be much better if players repaired there divets, such a small task to do and much to gain from it. always suffers after a society has been there which is a shame but seem spart of any course after a society has been through. the valley course is always a nice relaxed way to sharpen your game and have no hills involved, the top has been quoted as being really easy normally by people who have never played it, when its windy its as tough as any you will find. the staff are really helpful and always polite would recommend to any one who has never visited it before. the d5 or d7 memberships are the best way to get the most from the courses. as a pay and play course could be slightly cheaper.

Too many blind targets and heavily sloping fareways for my taste. The game becomes too much of a lottery.

For a nine hole setting this is great forimproving accuracy with the narrow
fairways and thick rough that you have to
respect or pick up big scores easily.
