SLOW
tee off times spaced every 7 minutes. 2 balls,4 balls 2 balls with a buggy each. Waiting on every tee, sometimes with 2 other groups. So much for social distancing. Love my golf but so happy to get off the course. Gree a beard while playing the back nine. Never againReviewer Rating

you need your climbing lungs
This course has a relentless climb from the 1st to 9th holes. All greens are pitched severely back to front. Don't go above the pins, which will usually end up with you 3 putting or even worse.There are some very picturesque treelined fairways. Greens are very slippery!

Not a course for the fainthearted. First 9 holes wind their way uphill. With very dry conditions steep slopes and very dry conditionsany shot off line is severely punished. One hole even has an electricity pylon right in the middle of the fairway. I would not recommend thos coursecto high handicappers unless you like losing lots of balls.

Generally good condition, but the tee boxes were disappointing, particularly due to a lack of info regarding the hole to be played. Difficult to find that info on some holes, and on others, simply not in sight!Reviewer Rating

Lovely nine hole with some holes different tees for 2nd time round, great challenge, need to tee off early on weekend as it gets busy.

First Long Hop Golf Society day of 2017, hilly course with some narrow fairways and a good challenge however greens were not in good condition and so took the edge of slightly. Would like to go back in the summer and play again

Pleasant clubhouse that looks like its being extended, good food and friendly staff.
great views out on the course which has some interesting holes.
The only down sides were the greens and the lack of course planner booklets.

The greens were very poor, but they had just been treated. The course is a wonderful test, but I found the blind shots very challenging. The par 3 at the fifteenth is a magnificent experience.
