staff rude and dismissive spoilt an enjoyable visit course was well maintained

Very nice course
HiI'm a member at this course and the course has improved in the last 18 months drastically. However the Golfshake app has hole 7 and hole 8 stroke indexes mixed up causing the scoring to be incorrect on the. This means I had to adjust the shots accordingly to give the correct Stamford score correct.

part of crown golf
This is a nice course not had much time when i have played and just of the A10 so traffic made me play and leave without trying club house has some walking between holes and the course can be a little where nextReviewer Rating

Great value for money course, challenging with great holes for all levels of golfers. very lucky to have as my local course

Tough back 9, nice bar. Played of 13 dropped 4 on the front then 11 on the back.

Enjoable parkland course in great condition. Very vast greens. Clubhouse and pro shop also very fairy priced. Excellent value for money.

Nice course can play long if wet ie winter. There is also a golf rage on the course.

played with my son 4th may, staff very good, course very neat, nice looking holes, greens good, better if people repaired pitch marks, only thing that has a bad point is parking in large car park ,a lot of local young folk gather there and some are rude as i found out when driving out to man road

Tee boxes were awful, all teeing off close together and torn up. Still using tee positions from winter.
Fairways were ok. Boggy patches on all of them.
Bunkers had zero sand in and were solid all over.
Greens were terrible. very patchy and solid, with debris everywhere. Hard to read.
Will not be playing again. Disappointing as used to be a good public course.

busy course with a very over fussey starter! not the best start to a round. course in good condition,but a LOT of leaves around. you could try clearing some of them ? club house staff very brash. does not strike me as a friendly,welcoming golf club
