The condition of the course was in fantastic condition, Fairways all in good nick with the approaches looking really good. The Greens are the fastest I have played on all season but the pin positions let the side down for me. Overall a lovely course and one I recommend.

Nice parkland course but no stand out holes
A nice course in a County that uint renowned for top quality golfing locations. Gently undulating, with quite a few dog legs to break up the up/down nature of parts of the course. 7th and 8th holes are really nice and 18th provides last hole drama especially in match play. Friendly staff - worth a visit if in the areaReviewer Rating

Ex Army golf reunion
20 of us played at the Wonderful Burton-on-Trent GC in September this year. It is our 3rd year returning to Burton-on-Trent GC. We are always greeted and welcomed on arrival. The staff in the clubhouse and pro shop are all very friendly and helpful , the food was spot on. A special mention to the club Secretary John Trench, who organised our stay. The course as ever was in great condition and very enjoyable to play. One day I will crack the beautiful greens.
We will be back.
