Awful experience. £10 for 9 holes via golf shake. It took over 1 hour to complete 3 short holes (incl a par 3) as there were often 2/3 groups on each tee. Obviously they don't regulate course numbers, also the course was full of complete hackers, saw a number of people missing the ball.
Had to walk off after 3 holes and asked for a small reimbursement at the pro shop, maybe a basket of balls for the range worth £3.50 and that was blankly refused. Would have been easy for them to do but they obviously have zero inclination towards customer satisfaction.
The course is basically a pitch and putt anyway.,poor value for money, poor course, poor experience- avoid.

Waste of money!! I wouldn't bother!! Better course for better value. The Play Golf card saves you money but comes at a cost!! Birchwood and Chelsfield offer a similar card for free so I would recommend that!

What has happened here?!? Last time I played was April 2013. Where has the motivation gone and the friendly staff? I met who is apparently the GM (photo on the wall matched) and what an awful person. No idea on what golfers want

I have played here a few times and over the last 6 weeks I can say it's gone down hill!! The staff don't seem to care anymore. The last time I visited they all seemed quite upbeat but now it's poor. Course is ok, food is terrible but it's local.

I really did not enjoy playing here. The course is not kept in good condition, especially the fairways which were very dry and hard, and balls kept lying on divots. The greens were fine though. It was quite busy with slow play. There are some tricky holes, with thick rough which are very unforgiving. It is quite relaxed in terms of etiquette and dress code, which is good for informal play, but means there are is some raucous behaviour around!

better than nothing

Very flat track that plays very short. At least it is okay underfoot in these muddy winter times.
most of the par 4's are a driver to open fairway and then a short iron to the green. The greens are very small and quite uneven.
