What the club says: Brandon is a recently improved, par 69, pay and play golf course course set in the picturesque village of Shadwell, North Leeds.
We are a privately owned, 9 hole course offering a challenging round to all abilities.

Good little course in decent condition. Value for money is great if your wanting to just get out and have a round.

A good course to play. Price wise good as well. Quite tight fairways and a lovely back drop. My only quibble is the greens could be better. Still good value for money.

hot day

Lovely parkland course
I have been playing Brandon for a few years and I am always drawn back to its peaceful parkland setting. It's a well looked after 18 hole course with some challenging holes and bacon butties at the end.Reviewer Rating

Inexpensive round in beautiful surroundings
Golf course with lots of potential, unfortunately the greens weren't very well kept and weren't true, the majority of the greens were also very small and slow. The course is set in beautiful surroundings. Most of the holes are very straightforward, and some of the par 4s are well within range of the tee boxes, providing opportunity to score well.Reviewer Rating

Very short course but does provide some challenge with tiny greens to hit with a, generally, short iron. Best for beginners I would suggest or if you just want to arrive and play rather than book a tee time. Greens are not in the best of condition.

Beautiful weather always makes for a good game. Course is poor - very short, not much of a challenge and the "clubhouse" doesn't offer a lot but IT IS cheap.

Great value for money for a pay and play course. A couple of the greens were damaged but this did not distract from the fact the rest of the course was very well kept.

Sticky, thigh-high rough with greens that give you absolutely nothing. If you want a frustrating challenge and don't mind throwing balls away left, right and centre....play here... But..for a pay and play, it's a fantastic learning course, a missed fairway is a lost ball...fact...

nice mix of holes, some tight fairways and several elevated greens. Water hazards make the longer holes challenging, nice course for the price, very basic facilities but very nice bacon butties on offer, staff pleasant and courteous.
