Very short course but does provide some challenge with tiny greens to hit with a, generally, short iron. Best for beginners I would suggest or if you just want to arrive and play rather than book a tee time. Greens are not in the best of condition.

£10 or there abouts for a short 18, can't be bad can it. Greens were poor, for this money it's good for a practice if your short on time.

A good course to play. Price wise good as well. Quite tight fairways and a lovely back drop. My only quibble is the greens could be better. Still good value for money.

Inexpensive round in beautiful surroundings
Golf course with lots of potential, unfortunately the greens weren't very well kept and weren't true, the majority of the greens were also very small and slow. The course is set in beautiful surroundings. Most of the holes are very straightforward, and some of the par 4s are well within range of the tee boxes, providing opportunity to score well.Reviewer Rating

Beautiful weather always makes for a good game. Course is poor - very short, not much of a challenge and the "clubhouse" doesn't offer a lot but IT IS cheap.

Sticky, thigh-high rough with greens that give you absolutely nothing. If you want a frustrating challenge and don't mind throwing balls away left, right and centre....play here... But..for a pay and play, it's a fantastic learning course, a missed fairway is a lost ball...fact...

Played early morning so greens were wet and slow after an over night frost, course played great after they had dried out

nice mix of holes, some tight fairways and several elevated greens. Water hazards make the longer holes challenging, nice course for the price, very basic facilities but very nice bacon butties on offer, staff pleasant and courteous.

£11 for the round.
Standing water on fairways and greens today after heavy rain the night before. I know brandon is always open so good place to go if your desperate to play and you've been turned away else where. On the flip side greens had been left pretty long and were very slow.
Have played here when its dry too and always enjoy it.
Facilities are basic but the service is fantastic with a nice tea room offering a full english and a pot of tea.

A GOOD COURSE FOR THE BEGINNER WITH STILL SOME TRICKY HOLES.WATER IN PLAY ON A FEW HOLES AND SOME GOOD LONG HOLES TO GET THE DRIVER OUT.STILL A YOUNG GROWING COURSE WHICH STILL NEEDS A LITTLE WORK BUT AS A HIGH HANDICAPPER IT SUITS ME FINE.
