Course in excellent condition throughout and greens were superb. Welcoming clubhouse and professional - all in all a very enjoyable society day.

very nice place and course greens where ok but it was a bit hard to find sat nav took me all over

Brancepeth Castle really does offer exceptional value for money. The greens are excellent and the fairways are lush almost all year round. Holes 9 and 10 are both par 3s and really are two brilliant holes, with just as good views. The staff were also very friendly during my visit and the food and drink was spot on. Had a fantastic day, the course was superb, the greens excellent and the weather was perfect. All that on a 2for1 voucher. Superb.

Played August 2014 and really enjoyed our game so came back again this year. The course is very scenic and in excellent condition. The greens were reasonably fast, receptive and lovely to play. We've played several courses when visiting the Durham area and rate this the most enjoyable. Good food, very friendly and excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back.

Played this Course in the Four Man Team Open. Which is a very good way to play the course on a weekend. Tremendous Layout. Par threes are amazing. Challenging Par 4s. Par Fives are straight forward, one is 550 yards. Food was very good value. Was also tempted by a very well stocked Proshop. Excellent Course
