Mr whitworth
Sorry but the worst golf course I’ve played. The greens are unplayable ,all the bunkers are grown over, I appreciate the problems of the past but the new owners are advertising it as up and running in all departments,trust me it’s not.Reviewer Rating

Good set up
This course is part of a complex. Driving range and short game area adjacent to the Pro shop. Hotel accommodation on site for society golf and an excellent Bistro welcoming you on the 18th green. The holes themes are designed well to test how straight you hit and your choice of club. Water hazards and bunkers are well placed. The greens are large, undulating and run true but were suffering from the recent very dry spell when I visited. Fairways were in excellent condition.(Round played: Jun 2018 - Score: 89 Handicap: 17

Have just visited boston west on the Sunday/Monday winter deal with our society for the seventh year running and as usual the course was superb tees and greens in fantastic condition. Hotel, food, beer all of a high standard!

Played with a mixed group, condition of the course was fantastic. A great mixture of holes and very receptive greens that were fast and true. Off course facilities are some of the best you will get anywhere and the food was excellent. Great value.

A superb course. No hole the same a good variety of holes; challenging greens where the pins change frequently to keep you on your toes. The greens are in great shape; fast but not too fast. Overheard someone in the bar saying "the best course in Lincolnshire" and I would agree based on what I've seen!

Played the course the weekend of 22nd and 23rd June, although we had a lot of rain prior to the weekend the coure was in excellent condition. Challenging course, loved the par 4s that with a good drive can get close to the greens, water strategically placed. Overall a great weekend with the staff very helpful, only let down was that they only have a fleet of 6buggies and this is a long course to walk twice (especially after playing two rounds before the weekend)

A strong cross wind around the course but a very flat course allowing for long flat drives.

We had 2 rounds, dinner, bed and breakfast for under £70 a piece. Course is flat and has some wide fairways but is a good and fair challenge with plenty of water around.

Played today just wanted to say whatever the guys looking after the course are doing hats off, it rained heavy all day yet no puddles and the greens ran true and quick will be back soon

Was told i should play boston west again i didnt want to because last tine i played it was a disgrace, im so happy i did the course is back to its very best and i for one will come back, only shame is its not got that club feel but still more than worth a round or two course presented amazingly

Really enjoyed my golf at boston west the course is back to a condition similer to when it was 18 holes if not better you van see alot of hard work and effort has gone into it from where it was a couple of years ago i will be back

Disagree with last review yes grass around bunkers is long but speaking to staff they are introducing wisoy rough as this is something they have to go through to get there
The course is a challenge yes maybe you should play on a open course thst suits your golfing skills the course is so much better that it was very welk manicured with greens that putt true
