What the club says: South Kyme Golf Club is a peaceful yet entertaining course which is fast becoming a must play when you are in the area. A wide variety of holes including the "fabulous fourteenth". We provide a warm welcome, great value, you wont be dissapointed.

Decent course. Good place to get a quick 9 holes in on an afternoon. Would recommend for all levels of golfers

The course has now begun to dry out after a wet winter and is returning to its best condition.
It's a challenging course with oobs, trees and water features all designed to distract. Great value for money and excellent facilities. A very friendly and welcoming club to members and visitors.

A parkland course with plenty of hazards, trees, water, oob and challenging bunkers. Not a long course but can challenge golfers of any standard. Pleasant clubhouse and very friendly staff.

The course is in great condition and playing very well. Greens are lovely and the rough is suitably difficult. He course offers a good challenge with a variety of bunkers which are shallow of sand, so quite difficult, certainly well worth avoiding. The trees are a feature and can really interfere with course management. Water hazards are certainly another feature. The course shows off a variety of wildlife which only adds to the pleasure. Well worth a visit. Green fees are very reasonably priced for a lovely parkland course.

E serious parkland challenge
The course and greens are playing well. The course is a serious challenge and tests all golfers ability to keep out of the trees and various well placed hazards. Well worth giving it a go.Reviewer Rating

Lovely course
Lovely park land course that can be a bit forgiving for an errant drive. Very lush at the moment with all the rain.(Round played: May 2021 - Score: 92 Handicap: 15.3)

Lovely Lincolnshire parkland course.
Played the course yesterday. It's looking great, staff busy maintaining the fairways and greens which are in very good order, a fair challenge of my game, this being the first time I've managed to better net par. The key is to keep away from the trees and water hazards. A very well laid out course that's suitable for all levels of player. So glad I've become a member.Reviewer Rating

A friendly course with some interesting holes
I played with a friend as we are considering joining the course. It was very dry after little rain for so long so the ball ran when I managed to find the fairway. The course itself is relatively straightforward, most holes run up and down but there are lots of trees which have matured over the years and the rough wide of the fairways is deep and punishing resulting in several lost balls during the round. There are a few water hazards both across and alongside the fairways encouraging you to drive straight. All the members we met were very friendly and happy to point us in the right direction if we looked lost.(Round played: Jun 2020 - Score: 87 Handicap: 15)

Good society course
A lovely society course for the older members - fairly flat. Green's in great condition, nice clubhouse and very friendly.(Round played: Jul 2018 - Score: 85 Handicap: 15.3)

I have just played South Kyme in the last week and found the course and green to be in excellent condition for this time of year and there was evidence of some extensive work on removing trees I think to make balls easier to track and easier to fin

I think the course is very enjoyable and very good for players who are a bit wild. The greens are very fast so that's something to remember if anyone ever wants to play. The course is a little bit dry right now as there has not been much rain but generally in a good a course with very a very good drainage system.

played the course may 2015, good true greens, good fairways, most of the bunkers are not too bad. if a long hitter got to be fairly straight as tightens up. friendly members and good food. A few good holes particular par 3 of the water. course will get better and better as trees fill out.

This is a very pretty and well maintained course. Very good test of golf and a great day out for a group of friends. Varied and challenging but with accuracy its possible to score well and put a good round together. Greens were great and fairways were nice. Trees I met a few...Scored 89 gross handicap 18

Very nice course to play but always windy and many play straight into the wind. You also get the benefit of a back wind on all the par fives.
