Well worth a visit
This is the first time I've played Badgemore at this time of year so the soft and slightly muddy fairways were a little disappointing (preferred lies were order of the day), the greens were true and consistent.Full English breakfast and Beef Baguette were very nice and staff were pleasant and helpful.

An enjoyable experience
Made a late decision to play Sunday afternoon as my wife and myself were staying in the area. After ringing to enquire about tee times they gave us a slot that suited us fine and as a additional bonus they reduced the green fee by £5 each - £25 pp on Sunday afternoon I thought was very reasonable.Score 87 (h/c 16.7)

Lovely Parkland Course
You pretty much know the sort of course to expect when you drive through the gates, and when you get out onto the course it pretty much meets those expectations. At 6000 yards from the yellows and with only one par 5, it's not going to give up a good score easily, but it's a very scenic ride no matter how your round goes.Of the two, I much prefered the back nine, which I felt had the more interesting and prettier holes. Most of the holes are tree lined, with a decent mix of medium to tight fairways. As for the condition of the course, the greens, fairways and tees were as good as you're going to get anywhere.
My one gripe about the course were the distance markers, with a lot of sprinkler heads showing distances that conflicted with the 150 yard markers. It's a small niggle though.
Badgemore Park is a lovely course that's certainly worth a visit.

Nice course that drained remarkably well considering the rain we had had in the morning. Back nine very interesting.

A nice course, only a par 69 so quite long. The back nine had some lovely holes, although the blind doglegs made some of the distances difficult to judge.
