Having not played at my home club for 6 weeks, it was great to be back. The whole course is in excellent condition, the fairways are better than some other club's greens, and when I birdied, SI one, 192 yds, then my day was complete,even though I still didn't break 100.

I walked the new course this week as it's nearing completion and I do the course mapping for Skycaddie GPS devices. The new layout is nothing short of superb, very different to any other course in the area and sure to be a success if priced correctly. The completed 10 holes are definitely worth playing on opening and are nothing short of spectacular.
A great mix of modern meets traditional holes and comfortable in length to suit any golfer.
I doubt there is any relevance in reading previous reviews as this course cannot bear any resemblance to the old layout.
Great staff and off course facilities complete what will be England's best new course in recent years!
