Hot and humid day, harder work than it should have been, work to do! Nice holiday game with my son. Enjoyed despite poor play.

5 A lovely 9 hole course which is maturing nicely. Friendly welcome from the pro, Andy Fox, a neat little shop, driving range and course. Well worth a visit.

5 Played this course today and had a great time. The fairways were beautifully cut, the greens were in good condition and the weather was superb. A friendly welcome from the guy in the pro shop and the opportunity to sit outside and have a drink pre-round made for a great experience.
Definitely will return this summer.

5 Very enjoyable 9 hole course, set on the edge of Dartmoor. Staff are exceedingly friendly, course is a little demanding, but overall, my type of course.

5 Not sure where ' Keith' went to play golf, certainly not the course I went to!
Great facilities, in fact when I visited early in the spring the Devon Ladies Junior teams were training there.
The course is in good order and a joy to play.

5 Went to play there this weekend . When I eventually got through on the phone to book a tee off time
Couldn't pay in the shop as was closed again so had to pay in the cafe ... With my golf shoes on after a sign saying no golf shoes .... How else can you pay for your golf ?
Not enough staff to cope I think waiting ages for people to be served and pay for drinks before we get to pay for our tee off
Why have a pro shop if it's " Gues when it's open " operation
Fairway are rough Tee boxes confusing yellows everywhere driving range bays too small to swing properly most rubber tees broken automated ! Ball lifter not working
Feel the whole place needs revamping

5 Although I played here on a orrid drizzly afternoon in a period of some of the stormiest periods of weather for years, the course was in overall good and very playable condition. OK, it was wet, very wet in places, but with half the courses in SW England closed and under water, it was a joy just to get out and play. Warm welcome in a pleasant and large clubhouse, and it was "trollies OK" and up to the 1st, a short uphill par 4 with an awkward OOB on the left, - par here, so bril start to 2014!. A good overall selection of holes, with 4 x par 3's, and none of them short!, and two testing Par 5's. The fairways were in good condition, as were the greens, and whilst I was lucky enough not to test the bunkers, they all looked OK!. the only minus's I found were a number of internal Out of bounds, always disliked, and the walk back down to the 5th tee is a little tedious. However, I would thoroughlly recommend this course to anyone for a quick 9.

5 A superb 9 hole course ideal for the novice or seasoned player. Excellent variety of difficulty & ease, the par 5 3rd will test the best of players. The greens are in beautiful condition all year round & the fairways are extremely generous. Excellent facilities & a 1st class professional. Highly recommended

A newish course that is coming on nicely, some holes are very interesting but unfortunately the greens need some work, very good value for money.
