GREENi spectator services will be showcased once again on The European Tour golf tournament later this month. After a very successful debut at the BMW PGA Championship earlier this year, GREENi's spectator service will be available at the DP World Tour Championship at Jumeriah Golf Estates on November 22 - 25, 2012, where worlds top golfers are fighting over 8 million USD prizemoney.

The spectator service is part of GREENi media, and it allows spectators and golf fans to find exactly where the players are on the golf course. Simultaneously, GREENi can also be used to measure, monitor and manage the pace of play during the tournament.

"We can see several benefit: the spectators are served better, the tournament organisation is better informed about the situation and GREENi creates totally new kind of presense for tournament promoters and sponsors",

says Steve Schindler from PLGi Ltd, partner of GREENi.

Available on various screens around the venue, the spectators will know the exact location of their favourite player on the course, making their tournament experience more enjoyable.

European Tour professional and GREENi Ambassador Peter Lawrie says:

"With the help of the GREENi service, the situation on the golf course will never again be an unknown. It is also the ideal service for tournament spectators who are able to pinpoint exactly where their favourite players are."

Spectators attending the DP World Tour Championship should look for screens located around the course to find their favourite players.
