Yonex EZONE Driver

New for 2011 the EZONE Driver Series features the revolutionary Core Centre of Gravity (CCG) technology to produce longer more forgiving drives.

By using the highest grade Titanium and Carbon Graphite Crown to micro-adjust the Centre of Gravity Yonex has achieved a unique and unprecedented expansion of the sweetspot – or, to now be more accurate, ‘sweet zone’. This breakthrough technology ensures that the EZONE’s centre of gravity is aligned with both the centre of the face and centre of the sweetspot for our most powerful and forgiving driver ever.

The new EZONE range features a Type 450 head for increased power and forgiveness while the Type 420 head allows the better to control the ball without sacrificing distance.

Yonex’ expertise in composite graphite technology has lead to the creation of the new Nanopreme shaft – a high intensity, extremely elastic material that provides increased energy transfer and superior shaft stability.

The Nanopreme shaft enables faster head speeds and reduced shaft deformation for longer, straighter drives.

To ensure that every golfer can find the EZONE driver to suit there swing shape and ball flight requirements Yonex are launching their Rexis Shaft System. There is a choice of 12 Yonex shafts that can be built with either the Type 450 or 420 head.
