Is this Mizuno's best driver yet?
We've only just welcomed in 2026 and Mizuno has already unveiled remarkable new Pro irons and this exciting range of putters, both of which showcase the manufacturing standards that the legendary Japanese brand is known for, but the revolutionary innovations don't stop there, as we can now reveal to you the JPX ONE family.
Featuring the JPX ONE driver, fairway woods, and hybrids, this new collection unites all the breakthroughs that Mizuno engineers have created since their first metalwood was launched in 1982.
JPX ONE Driver

The highlight for many will be the JPX ONE Driver, which is the world’s first driver to present NANOALLOY face technology. Developed in collaboration with materials specialists Toray, NANOALLOY utilises microscopic polymer dispersion to produce a face that dynamically alters its elasticity under impact. The result is a material that stores and releases more energy at impact than traditional titanium or composite constructions, delivering incredible ball speeds across a wider area of the face.
This innovation pairs with a newly engineered CORTECH Face, up to 0.35mm thinner than previous generations, expanding the CORAREA (high-speed rebound zone) by over 15% versus the ST-MAX. In robotic testing, Mizuno reports that JPX ONE outperformed leading competitors for both ball speed and carry, producing faster, longer, and more consistent results from every impact location.

Two models, JPX ONE and JPX ONE SELECT, offer distinct performance profiles. JPX ONE features a slightly larger footprint for higher stability and straighter ball flight, while JPX ONE SELECT delivers a more compact, tour-preferred shape with a neutral-to-fade bias. Both include adjustable weighting and Quick Switch hosel systems to fine-tune launch and spin.
Golfshake's Equipment Expert, Ryan Rastall has tested and reviewed both of the new drivers for us from his indoor studio at Howley Hall Golf Club in Leeds, where he disovers whether they meet the hype or not!

JPX ONE Fairways

That's not to say that the JPX ONE Fairways don't boast innovations either, as they introduce a re-engineered CORTECH Chamber that strategically varies the internal gap between the sole and chamber wall. This geometry increases face flexion towards the toe and heel, amplifying energy transfer across the hitting surface without compromising central performance.
Each head features a wrap-around composite crown that saves critical grams high in the structure, lowering the centre of gravity for higher launch and reduced spin. A multi-thickness MAS1C steel face ensures peak COR performance, while the all-new Speed Bevel sole refines turf interaction, producing cleaner strikes and more consistent ball speed from a variety of lies.
Available in lofts from 15° to 24°, the JPX ONE Fairways deliver an appealing blend of ball speed, forgiveness, and playable trajectory.
JPX ONE Hybrids

Joining those and completing the set, the JPX ONE Hybrids take the same design philosophy and apply it to a more compact, iron-replacement shape. Their Waffle Crown structure enhances face stability, enabling Mizuno’s engineers to reposition discretionary mass lower and deeper for optimal launch and spin control.
A uniform-thickness 1.8mm MAS1C face combines with the improved CORTECH Chamber and Speed Bevel sole design to produce exceptional speed through impact, even on strikes low on the face or from challenging turf conditions.
Available in 19°, 22°, 25°, and 28° lofts, the JPX ONE Hybrids offer a seamless transition from long iron to fairway wood, maintaining the visual confidence and feel Mizuno players expect.
