Golfband Training Aid - Feature Review

By: Matt Holbrook | Sun 23 Dec 2012 | Comments ()

Like many of us out there I have recently been looking at ways to improve my golfing related fitness over the cold dark winter months.

I’m also spending more time at the range this time of year and always looking to improve my game in the run up to the season starting again.

When I came across Golfband it seemed like a perfect solution to both fitness and Swing Technique work. A simple yet highly effective Latex resistance band (with a loop also available) with multiple uses the Golfband is a must have product for like minded golfers of all abilities.

Having also recently featured in the Golfshake “Top Ten Christmas Stocking Fillers for Under £40” guide I jumped at the chance to take a more closer look at its uses and effectiveness.

Golf Strength and Conditioning

As a important part to any fitness regime Golfband have produced the following videos to guide you through.

Putting these types of exercises into a regular routine will be massively beneficial to both your fitness and your game

Stretching & Warm Up

Both stretching and warming up before playing any sport is vital to avoid any injuries. Here Golfband give some excellent examples of both.

Being lose and warm before teeing off will enable you to get into a nice steady flow quicker into your round.

Chipping & Putting

Any golfer will tell you that in and around the green is where you will pick up shots. Chipping and Putting are the most important part of our game. Golfband agree and using the Golfband loop, show you how to put this effective product to good use in maintaining the correct position when putting/chipping.

Working religiously on this area of your game will see your scores and handicap alike tumble within time.

What I personally like about the Golfband is the versatility of it. As long as you have a good idea of what it is you want to achieve and a little bit of an imagination then you’re set to go.   When looking at a price of £21.99 you really can experience great value for money when you consider all your options with it and compare it to similar products on the market.

Be sure to visit www.golfband.co.uk for all different sizes, strengths and colours available plus some additional accessories that will also come in very handy in all aspects of your routine.
