More Tlc
Played here many times and Ive praised it in the past but after playing a midweek 9 holes I wasn't happy about the greens (ive played courses with better fairways then kingswoods greens).The course has a good layout but its just not as well looked after as it should be.Reviewer Rating

Very nice course by all accounts. Interesting and somewhat challenging lay out for beginner to intermediate players. Only draw back is the noise, as it is adjacent to a motorway. Other than that, a very pleasant course to play and shall certainly be returning.

Lovely character to this course, really enjoy playing it..not overally long course, can
Most definitely have a good round if playing well. Doesn't seem to be maintained much, I mean it's got the bare minimum like grass being cut, but greens lack feel & bunkers never raked by course of its memebers! All in all not a bad course for ?14 a round

Kingswood Golf Cnetre near Doncaster (DN7 6EP) is my favourite local golf course.
It is great value for money at ?12 for 18 holes ?7 for 9 holes. (I am writing this on 1 February 2017).
There are quite number of ponds/lakes around the course which makes it challenging but not impossible. (my handicap is 28)
The staff are friendly and helpful. I have had some good sales advice and got fitted for my current clubs. And I also have winter lessons which are very helpful
The restaurant is also very good.

Its a while since I played here but I was impressed with the fairways and greens given the damp conditions. The bunkers looked great with loads of soft sand. The course played shorter because of temporary tees on some holes. It only cost ?12 so It was a bargain. The restaurant and pro shop are excellent compared to some I've been to.

Fantastic driving range. The course was very dry and brown in patches, although the course played well and punished you if you drifted off the fairways
