Lovely course
Haven't played Westerhope for a long time, and I'm wondering why. The course is very pretty, with most of the holes framed by Scots pines on both sides of the fairway. It's not overly scary though, as the fairways are quite generous, as long as you avoid some of the more dense wooded areas! Good mix of holes as well, some long and short par 4s, which mixes things up nicely, and some great par 3s. The par 5s aren't bad either! All in all very enjoyable, and I won't leave it as long to come back again.Reviewer Rating

Great course. Some of the best greens I have played on this season. Fairways very good. Bar staff and members very friendly.

a special course a veritable stones throw from a city centre if you are looking to play a belter in the region this has to be a candidate.
